1. About Us

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Jeeves at Fifty Four website and your relationship with us as a client. By booking an appointment or using our website, you agree to these terms.

Jeeves at Fifty Four is a barbershop based at 50 High Street, Daventry, Northamptonshire, NN11 4HU. We can be contacted at Jeeves54@outlook.com or by calling 01327 301223.

2. Booking Appointments

Appointments can be made online via our booking platform, Squire, or by calling us directly. When you make a booking, you are entering into a commitment to attend at the agreed time. We in turn commit to having your chosen barber available and ready to provide the service booked.

By completing a booking through Squire, you also agree to Squire's own terms and conditions, which govern the booking platform itself.

Booking Confirmation

Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation notification via the contact details provided at the time of booking. It is your responsibility to ensure these details are correct.

Barber Availability

In exceptional circumstances, your allocated barber may be unavailable due to illness or other unforeseen events. Where this occurs, we will contact you as early as possible to offer an alternative barber or to rearrange your appointment. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

3. Cancellation Policy

We ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment. Our preferred minimum notice period is 24 hours.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in the forfeiture of any deposit held, or may affect your ability to book in advance in future.

4. Late Arrivals

We understand that delays happen. If you anticipate being late for your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible by phone so we can try to accommodate you.

Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may find that their appointment cannot be completed in full, or that it needs to be rescheduled, in order to avoid delays for other clients. We will always do our best to accommodate you, but this cannot be guaranteed when time is limited.

5. No-Shows

A no-show is when a client does not attend their booked appointment and has not contacted us in advance. We take no-shows seriously because they directly affect our barbers' livelihoods and prevent other clients from being seen.

Repeated no-shows may result in us requiring a deposit to secure future appointments or, in cases of persistent non-attendance, the right to decline future bookings.

If you are unsure whether you can make your appointment, please contact us, as we would always rather rearrange than lose the time entirely.

6. Services and Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are indicative and start from the figures shown. Final pricing may vary depending on the length or complexity of the service, which will be confirmed by your barber before the service begins.

We reserve the right to update our pricing at any time. The most current prices will always be available on our website and in the Squire booking system.

Payment is due at the time of service and can be made by cash or card at the shop.

7. Satisfaction and Complaints

We take great pride in the quality of our work and the experience we provide. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your visit, we ask that you let us know as soon as possible, ideally before you leave the shop or by contacting us within 48 hours of your appointment.
